Emmy Award winning political satarist Stephen Colbert has been kind of sued for $65M by Air America’s Young Turks host Cenk Uygur. This is ironic, sort of, because we think Cenk Uygur stole his name from one of those alien characters from the Simpsons. Or at least some alien. Maybe the alien from Signs. Or the alien from Alien.
Anyway, while this is an obvious publicity stunt, Cenk does have real evidence of joke plagiarising, as witnessed in the below clip.
