Come on.
Just when you thought Congress was going to get together and do the right thing, they pass the Emergency Economic Stabilization bill loaded with sweeteners, which is a nice way of saying, “pork.”
Some of our favorite provisions:
SECTION 503: Exemption from excise tax for certain wooden arrows designed for
use by children.
And then there is:
SECTION 325: Extension and modification of duty suspension on wool products; wool research fund; wool duty refunds.
At least this bill holds Wall Street accountable for their…ah fuck it.
