First try at this…here we go:
6:02: Tom Brokaw, God love him, sounds shaky. Lost his fastball a bit.
6:04: Barack Obama, God love him, sounds boring. Professorial.
6:07: John McCain, God love him, looks old. Looks a little angry too. Wants to solve the economic problems by you getting off his lawn. Gets a few good digs at Obama for wanting to raise taxes.
6:14:John McCain’s responses on CNN’s undecided voters are flat-lining like a 72 year-old man in a–actually we won’t go there.
6:15:Bam isn’t exactly blowing the doors off the undecideds/independents either. He’s flatter than four month old Sprite.
6:23: For those of you playing the “my friends” drinking game at home, McCain just hit 3.
6:24: Make that 4…you might be getting very drunk.
6:28: A question from the Internet! McCain’s response: “I’m going to ask the American people…what is the Internet? No, seriously, what is it.”
6:30:Wow, Bam brings up 9/11 before McCain gets too. Please cut to McCain so we can see the steam coming out of his ears.
6:32: Non-debate-related, but is it time to drop Marvin Harrison off the old fantasy squad? He’s kind of like Tom Brokaw in that he’s lost a step this year.
6:44: Wow four “my friends” in 4 minutes. Hope you’re not doing shots. Obama’s last few answers are off the charts with the undecideds. Which begs the question…are they really undecided?
6:46: Not that those hick undecideds on CNN should be THE judge of who’s winning, but Obama appears to be winning this in a big way.
6:48: Hey Tom…wait another my friends…hey Tom…if it’s running over, speak up! Man he’s lost his fastball.
6:55:Nice dig by McCain on Biden with the “hair transplant” comment. Only one “my friends” in last 7 minutes.
6:58:People apparently want universal health care, judging by the hick independent’s reaction.
6:59: One answer with no “my friends!”
7:03:Damn Bam likes to talk. How can an Obama-Biden cabinent member ever get a word in edge-wise?
7:06: Whew. Another “my friends.” Getting worried there. Been awhile. Weird that the independents aren’t responding to McCain’s “winning the Iraq war” comments.
7:12: McCain really wants you off his lawn.
7:14:Since when did Pack-is-tan become Pah-kiss-taaan?
7:15: My friends.
7:17: Tom, please say, “Can I get a what what?”
7:21: Poles.
7:23: He said this was a yes or no question, Barack! Blah blah blah blah blah.
7:25: All this talk about Russia has got us thinking about Anna Semenovich. Beats the hell out of thinking about Vlad Putin.
7:29: Finally, the last question. Gotta hit the can. And that last question is ridiculously stupid. “What don’t you know and how will you learn it?” Obama: “I don’t know how to answer a question in under 97 sentences.” McCain: “I don’t know what this damn Internet thing you keep mentioning is.”
7:36: And they didn’t even shake hands. We could tell McCain has a high level of disdain towards Obama, but good to see the feeling is mutual.
Well that was sort of fun. Looks like this will be a big win for Obama. We’re sure the liberal media pundits will be gushing over him for the next two hours. Maybe we’ll do this again. Oh yeah, we think McCain said “my friends” 11 times in that debate. We might’ve missed a few in between updates and falling asleep though.

[...] The utter contempt both candidates have for one another was obvious (though Barack Obama hid it a little better) in tonight’s Presidential debate. [...]
[...] related news, we’re still thinking about those damn Russian models. Below is a semi-NSFW video that will probably keep us thinking about those damn Russian [...]
Obama won this debate hands down….I can’t believe ANYONE can vote republican AGAIN….Obama showed he CAN lead, Has Ideas, and Has Solutions.
He defended himself against the nasty attacks of John McCain. McCain sounds like a jealous school girl….John McCain is a McBush, McSame.
people get real!!!!JOHN MCCAIN IS THE BETTER MAN TO RUN THIS COUNTRY….HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR OBAMA TO REHERSE THIS DEBATE???? OBAMA IS TO DANGEROUS TO RUN THIS COUNTRY….JOHN MCCAIN WON THIS DEBATE BY FAR….
I think that Kat is on the right track….John McCain is the better man to run this country than obama !!! People of USA,do not vote for Obama just because he’s younger and has a stronger voice than John McCain…Vote for McCain because he does knows what he is talking about, and he sure is no Republicain that is like Bush!!!!
talking about who hit out of the PARK,John McCain just did…i am so sorry to tell you people that i am a Democrat…lmao at all you Obama lovers
what a debate this one was,Obama giving his same speeches he gives to every State….John McCain won this one…how about that one!!!
this is a very crucial election given the state that our country is in. who speaks best publicly isn’t the answer. john mccain has a solution to healthcare issue which would increase taxes and give more money to insurance companies. his healthcare plan could has cause employers to terminate insurance coverage. iraq has a 79 billion surplus while americans are spending 10 million a month in iraq leaving tax payers struggling to survive daily. research the issues. this election isn’t about who sound good instead its about who has antidote to cure the dilemma we are in.
Every body keeps talking about Obama and McCain, but you never have mentioned if anything happened to either one of them, who would then have to run the United States. Personally I have never loved hockey, so I hate to think about Sarah Palin running this country. My mind was already made up when each candidates named their VP. Joe Biden is a good one to take the wheel over if something happened to Obama. OBAMA/BIDEN all the way
for me. They have talked about all the issues that we need to fix up following “BUSHMANIA” both sides had some good issues, but I liked Obama/Biden issues better. and the comment I made about not liking hockey has nothing to do with this, it’s just that I don’t think she has enough political experience to run this country. Being the governor of one state is not like running the whole United States.
